Why do you wan't to become a moderator:
Firstly,i want to become a moderator because i want to help the server become a place where everyone can enjoy and have fun and since the server regained back the usual population means we also getting new players and as an experience player i want to help them to learn more about ZE gamemode itself
Recently some of old admins have been inactive due to in real life stuffs or just lost motivation to play ZE in general so i want to join the admin team to help the server and moderating server as well as guiding new players

Lastly,Because we having back the usual population so chance having someone mic spamming or trolling on server is unavoidable so i want to become an admin to help server deals with them in case no admins is online

How many hours a week can you play:I can spend 2 or 3 hours on the server everyday but during exam weeks i can only spend 1 hour or less

Any past experience as a mod on any game:I don't have any past experience as a mod on any game but i willings to learn and accept feedback from others 

P/s:I may can't control my actions if i were accepted as a trial mod either during the trial time so i will gladly accept all feedback and willing to change myself.Thanks for reading this mod application

-I will try my best not to toxic towards anyone on the server thanks for your feedback
-About my speech in the past i didn't think much before speak because i don't take things too serious or it was just meant to be a joke and harmless but in the future i will improve and try to think first before i speak something
-As mentioned on my application if theres any problems about me i gladly accept those feedbacks about my flawness and change myself
-Lastly about my misuse item problem i never meant to trolling with items i think most likely i use item but never think about the consequences or don't expect the results to be negative to humans so i guess i will not take items if i not in good mood or can't think wisely ?

Hello WhiteCat, my stance on your application is neutral at the moment although I'm leaning towards +1 if you manage to improve and change yourself.

So you have, in my opinion, quite a lot of ZE experience, and have spent hundreds of hours on Zeddy. However, one thing that concerned me for a while was that you often talked about other servers and did not spend as much time on Zeddy. Now whether this was due to the declining population of Zeddy at the time or personal conflicts with other players and admins I do not know. With that said, though, you applying after the server recently "revived" sends weird messages to me, whether if you are actually being sincere about serving as admin or just applying because the server is alive and you wanted to use the opportunity. This might sound harsh but I am really hesitant on your application for this very reason as your intentions don't seem really clear.

However, I definitely can start to see your sincerity for applying as an admin since you listened to what Shiko said and actually implemented some of the changes. You were quick to admit wrongdoing, accepted criticism, and start to actively moderate the server even when I stay quiet about things. I am definitely seeing improvement, hence I am leaning towards +1 if you continue to keep up the improvement and changes.

I belive you have what it takes to be an admin, but you'd have to show me that you can improve yourself on your flaws for me to give my full support over your application.

Note: My decision is never final until I accept/decline the application, so continue to keep up the improvement and show your abilities for admin, then I will be more than willing to accept this application.

-In the past i usually mentioned about other servers because back in the day i was tired due to server situation and at one point i decided to stop playing on Zeddy for a while and try to have some new experiences and i was surprised how cool some of server's feature or their community in general.
-I understand the phrase "server recently revived" may not addressing the main reason why i wanted to become admin.I think the only i can say is that after i spent a period of time on the server (around 40 hours) with the server current performance i can finally enjoy the server like how i used to that's why i made this application because i want to try my best to keep the server's atmosphere and also give some fresh air for people who just started this gamemode

P/s:You may don't believe but after the server problem struggling in getting players back then 8 months ago (which started from August 2021) and after that i've learned a salty lesson about ZE thats why i wanted to inform myself for the server's sake in general and also for myself

It's great that you are one of the more older Zeddys^ regulars applying for admin, and I'm surprised it took you this long to actually do so. Having said that, you have not given me a straight answer yet on why you are applying for admin now after so long.

You are a decent leader, use your microphone a lot, and I do see you helping out players with questions about the server. These are all good things.
However, there are some negative points that you need to take note of as well:

- I still notice you can be quite toxic at times, leading can be frustrating but yelling on the mic is not something that screams admin material. You also tend to say the 'N' word a lot. I know you don't mean it in a racist manner but I can't think of a single person from our admin team that uses the word as much as you do.
- As Shiko mentioned already, your map item usage is questionable. Almost irrelevant regarding the admin position, but admins on the server should be role models first of all. What do you think a new player would think when they see an admin of ze mis-using map items, or making simple mistakes several times?

-To answer your first question why i haven't applied for mod after long time playing on server until now most likely i think myself is not ready yet even the day i made this application.I never think myself that i will apply for mod until recently i enjoyed the server and i had a decision to apply mod because i want to help the server as my main server and also having myself a new experiences.
-I think the reason i yelling when i lead is mainly panicing because i want everyone on human side to be safe or to make sure something not happens.It going to be hard to fix or get rid of this habit because it always follow me from the day i started to lead on some easy maps.Also one more reason i got this habit because i don't really confident with my accent and i used to have a really scuffed mic which is why i yelling because i want everyone can understand what im going to say.
-About the "N" word i can try to stop using the word or reduce the frequency
-Lastly,about item usage problem i think this is the most challenging thing i've to deal with because it more like a common sense to me that i use item but never think about the results and it takes progression to prove hence i will only use items if leader asked me to.
